Return Policy
YSMarkethk is to provide you with the online shopping experience of global manufacturers. If there is any problem with the goods, there is a 3-day return and exchange service.
Please contact us on Whatsapp within the return period, and we will have someone contact you.
Returns are not accepted
1. The goods have been opened or used, and there is no packaging box, signs, and the contents of the goods are missing
2. Personal reasons of the guest, such as buying the wrong product, buying the wrong color and personal inapplicability, etc.
3. Damaged goods that have been modified and used by customers
4. Items that are more than 3 days after receipt
5. Some items have been marked with no return service
6. Any damage to the goods during shipping
7. Once the order is successfully placed, if the non-supplier is unable to deliver the problem in the end, no refund will be accepted for any reason.
8. No refunds will be given for delays due to the supplier's shipping/delivery date
9. All giveaways, gifts in trial size
You can apply for a return of the product in the following cases
The product is completely different from the photo (the differences need to be listed in detail and reasonably)
Product is damaged
Mismatched item (eg: order S, received M)
Customer replacement code
For the above 1-3 points, please provide us with product photos through Whatsapp for confirmation.
Reminder:
Each order is only limited to a one-time return and exchange arrangement. It is recommended that guests check clearly as soon as possible.
All returned items must be in their original condition, i.e. unworn/used, uncut, tagged and unwashed, and returned together with the original packaging.
Our return period is 3 days, that is, the customer must contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods and send them out.
After receiving the notification from the customer, we will process the return and exchange for the customer. The re-selected product must be selected within the 3-day period, and the difference (if any) will be made up.
The exchange application only accepts reorders of the same item of the same color.
For point 1 (return and exchange of goods can be applied for in the following cases), if the store determines that the situation is suitable, the customer can choose to refund the full amount and exchange the goods according to the above guidelines. If there is a difference, a refund can be made.
If the above conditions are not met, the store will not accept return arrangements.
All specials/clearance/surprise prices/personal products (including swimwear/underwear/underwear/hosiery, etc.) in our store are not accepted for return or exchange for any reason
Round-trip shipping arrangements:
If the above 1-3 points (the following cases can apply for return and exchange of goods), the freight of returning the goods and the freight of sending the reordered goods shall be borne by YSMarkethk. Products will be shipped by ordinary mail. If the customer wants to deliver the goods in other ways, they need to make up the postage difference.
If the guest wants to change the yardage, the return postage will be borne by the guest.
If the original order is over $300 and enjoy free shipping, if there is a return and refund, and the actual amount after the refund is less than $300, the customer needs to make up the postage $30 (the refund will be deducted directly).
In case of any disputes, YSMarkethk will have the final decision.
